I always stay at this place when in Lagos. The staff helped me find my lost wallet on my first stay. It suits me perfectly with free Wi-Fi, a kitchen, AC, and a pool. Coming back for Christmas!

Unpleasant traffic fumes and excessive noise from the main road and roundabout can make sitting on the balcony uncomfortable. Advertised welcome package was missing and reported bathroom odor issue was not addressed.

As a disabled traveler, I appreciated the convenient location of the property close to town, the marina, and the supermarket. The key fob access to the pool area ensured a quiet and private place to relax. The kitchen was well-equipped with great pans for cooking and plenty of crockery. Additionally, the apartment provided a large fridge with a small freezer, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. The multiple tables offered a choice of places to enjoy meals or a drink. the property had all the amenities needed to feel like home.

Stayed at a place with free WiFi, AC, pool, and a garden. Towels were provided. How luxurious!

I recently stayed at T1Encosta Da Marina-Lagos for a week and absolutely loved it. The location was perfect, close to the marina, town, and a supermarket. The pool area was quiet and private, accessible with a key fob. The kitchen had great pans for cooking and plenty of crockery, plus a dishwasher and washing machine. The large fridge with a small freezer was convenient. We enjoyed meals at the choice of 3 tables. Can't wait to return in October for a different season.
Would recommend this hotel.
